- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was a customer for over 10 years and I trusted this bank. I am very disappointed and closed my accounts last week. In October and November I went to Meriwest to make a payment to the Meriwest Credit card and they made payment from the wrong account which led me to be delinquent on my credit card and overdrawn on my savings. This month I made the same mistake they did, making a payment with wrong account, and they charged me multiple fees. I apologized and asked to please waive some of those hefty fees an they said no. I asked for the managers name and number and they said no, someone would call me. It took them 2 days and by that point I had cancelled my accounts.
